We opened our doors in 2014, endeavoring to provide a great leisure facility perfect for all families!

At the heart of The Play Factory is our multi-level play frame – 3 levels high and as tall as a house, crammed full of activities and events that keep the kids amused for hours, and tire them out too! We spend a great deal of time designing each of our frames to ensure that they are the most original and engaging places to play in – you certainly won’t find another like it!

The Play Factory also features a Cafeteria where parents and children alike can enjoy food and drink, freshly prepared on the premises by our qualified catering team. Again, we try and offer options that you wouldn’t perhaps find elsewhere – home-cooked main meals, puddings, and daily specials, along with light snacks and freshly ground coffee. We have a soft seating area, plus further tables and seating.

The Play Factory is a popular destination for children’s parties! Our Play Party package is perfect for everyone with the necessities included and options to add on more!

Our sister site Tazerz – Teesside Lazer Tag is located just upstairs – and is great fun for everyone aged 6+.

We also have a cafe, Locke Park Cafe Redcar, located in Redcar – where you can take in the beautiful views and enjoy some of our famous dishes including parmos and chunky chips!
